Went in 7 weeks ago and traded in my mustang for a 2021 elevation (factory build). Was advised there was a bit of a wait, I was specifically told I would receive my truck in 6-8 weeks time, no longer than 12 weeks though. Now 7 weeks later gmc can no longer offer me what I ordered. I didn’t build a factory build for gmc to pick and choose the options they have parts for. My only other option is to buy a 2022 (and wait months longer) and pay the new price for the 2022 and whatever option is available for interest rates at the time when it eventually comes in. By the way for the 2021 I signed the contract 7 weeks ago I had ZERO % interest. But it gets better, I was asked if I could hand in my mustang early as it’s prime time for them to sell it. Being the nice guy I am I thought why not, I’ll go payment free for 6-8 weeks, possibly 12. Now gmc can’t fulfill my order, it will cost me much much more to get into a 2022 with higher interest rates!!!! So let alone gmc can’t follow through with the signed contract.....I don’t even have my mustang anymore as I handed that to them 7 weeks ago and they made sure to make a profit on it and sold it..... When I signed the deal I was well aware of a delay due to COVID-19. What I absolutely was not told was the fact this deal may not happen and if it doesn’t gm won’t do a damn thing about it except expect you to buy the 2022 and pay more and get stuck with possible higher interest rates. I haven’t even touched on the tax savings of $36 000 I’ll now be losing out on by not buying, or the fact that disbrowes has yet.....6 days later after cancelling the order on the elevation to even cut me a cheque for the equity I had in my mustang. I’m still at a loss for words about all this, buyer beware!!!!! Thanks Kristen, and gmc and disbrowes

We did not feel pressured at any time to purchase a vehicle. Our needs and wishes in a new vehicle were listened to and we were not shown anything that did not meet our criteria. Kristen was very welcoming and accommodating. Work around our schedules and always made us feel that we were her priority customers each time we came in!
