Traded my truck in for a new one then they sold me the wrong truck and insurred the wrong truck so I was driving around with no insurance I will never come back to Northland.
We bought a new Dodge Caravan from James Cannon at Northland. He went over and above to get us a deal we could afford and that worked for us as a family, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend James to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. We can’t thank him enough!
The salesman (James) was very helpful and worked hard to meet our needs. Northland Dodge gave fair consideration to the relative values of the alternatives (vehicles, options, financing) negotiated.
Two areas for improvement: 1. The time required to outfit the vehicle with the agreed options (protection packages and tow package) was under-estimated (communicated at half day when it actually required a full day). 2. The service department initially installed the wrong tow package and had to order in the correct one, further delaying the outfit of the vehicle. These two mis-steps required us to return to the dealership several times. Better communication between the sales and service departments would help to prevent these sorts of problems.
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.
James Cannon was very helpful through the entire process from when we walked into the door to driving out of the parking lot in purchasing our dream truck. We are forever grateful to him.
