My experiance was not bad, but i would have appreciated a follow up with Cody. I never heard from him again. Also, he promised to give me a free hotel room for the night, which i never recieved. I just felt like once he sold me my vehicle, he didn't care about anything else. ijust would have liked some follow up.
The salesman, Kody Thibault, was very easy and pleasant to deal with. In my opinion he went out of his way and removed every obstacle to make sure we were happy with our deal.
It was absolutely wonderful, Kody, you did a great job selling me my car.
Kody picked up my application at my workplace and brought the car with him, after going for a short ride, we returned, he took my van back with him and left me the Dodge. I returned to Northland Dodge after work, to do the paperwork, with Lisa. True to his word, I drove home in my Dodge Avenger. I was amazed, to say the least, it was like, tic-tac-toe, and the service I received was like no other. You people need to be commended for your service, courtesy, and basically, your friendly attitude....WELL DONE !!!
