Lackluster

I did not appreciate a charge of $50 to check the condition of my front pads, so I declined it. I spend plenty of money here on my vehicle, so why charge $50 to pull 2 tires for a quick visual inspection? Not a good wayto keep customers coming back after the warranty is up. Oil change anywhere else tops up ALL fluids at no extra charge, so why do I get asked to buy Toyota brand washer fluid if I'm low? My last extended warranty work on the front end, the mechanic noted it was the oversized tires and rims that caused the issue. I had that removed quick as I pointed out that those were the tires and rims that came when I bought it from toyota. And when I bought it I specifically asked they be switched out to stock, but was told no. So any parts wear caused by them is the fault of the dealer selling it that way, not me. Sent much as I love my Rav 4, I don't think I'll deal with Toyota again for my next vehicle because of this garage.

Helpful and Friendly, Competent

Explained all terms and references to the car including service schedule and why there were no block heaters due to recall

Very good, as usual...efficient, courteous service!

I am a widow whose husband always took care of our cars and the necessary service. Toyota dealership in North Bay has always treated me with respect, information, and politeness. I never feel "taken advantage of", and the staff and technicians are always very helpful. Other friends have had the same experiences, and we are very grateful. The car wash crew are always fun and do a great job! Much appreciated!

Welcomed at Service desk, reviewed my appointment and shuttled home with a smile.

Requested appointment for tire swap and regular maintenance on my 2010 Camry. I was met by a familiar face, Mike Peters,, at Service desk, requested shuttle back to my residence as shop work would require approximately 2-1/2 hours. All staff that I've dealt with at the Dealership has been courteous and explain auto needs on each visit.

Ordered wrong part because of poor customer interaction.

I do a lot of my own work on my truck. I know exactly which parts I need. I normally don't have any problems at the parts desk. Tammy is awesome. My poor experience was with one specific male representative at the parts desk. He was all attitude and dismissive when I tried to order the part. He would cut my off and talk over me. As a result of a hand wave and "I know what part you need", he ordered the wrong bearing seal for me. Frustrating and a waste of time for me and kept my truck off the road for an extra 3 days. But on a positive note, it is an improvement from the last time I had a vehicle serviced at North Bay Toyota, where I had my truck returned and the "master" technition forgot to bolt the transmission to the suspension and it fell apart while I was driving it.
