my experience was great the service exelent I'd do it all over again

I had a great experience with Toyota north bay I found the staff very helpful and honest. the went above and beyond I would recommend visiting that dealerships if your looking for a vehicle thanks agin guy

service department

I have always relied on the service department, through two and a half of my four Corollas. About two years ago, however, it seemed to me that the quality of service decreased. I live outside town, and must always wait for service to be completed. I accept that this takes time, and have always relied on the time estimates the service desk provided. At one point, a year or so ago, I was told service would take four hours. It took six. No-one came out to the waiting room at any point to tell me how much over-estimate time would be involved. At one point I overheard one of the staff comment that it was because they had taken someone else in ahead of me. I book appointments for specific times, and expect that those times will be adhered to. I have diabetes, and sitting, for six hours, with no food, is very unhealthy for me. I've also had problems with emails to service not being responded to (tires). And with repairs not completed properly. I also began to feel that I was being ... soft-soaped? scammed? -- that's something I sensed, so I have nothing concrete to support it. Nonetheless; I had never felt that way in all the years before. Service had always been pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I've not come back for service in over a year, I think. Until I hear that changes, improvements, have been made, I won't. Sadly.

Service at toyota Northbay

Examples: Why charge a higher price to change a rear light on a 2004 Corolla as oppose a 2013 RAV4 -next oil change notice not placed on windscreen. - not telling customers about their low fluid levels in the vehicle.
