All service was good with exception of the ones received of Lori, she did not explain my options, such as Aeroplan points, and extended warranty usage. She was only concern on getting me to buy her extended warranty without care of my questions that tagged along with it, such as can I go to any Toyota dealership to get the warranty and how will they know that I have. She told me I would receive the extended warranty csrd in the mail, which never happened. Then she told me she would submit my Aeroplan card points, which she never did. When I called her about it said it takes time. When it still did not show up, she said it was too late. Not impressed by her service to the point that I will never recommend your dealership because of employees like her.
My overall experience at North Bay Toyota was excellent. Nick Saucier made my experience fantastic from the day i walked in until the day I left with my new 4 Runner. The process was simple and smooth and Nick constantly made sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle, the numbers and his service. Dawn Moffatt the financing specialist was also great and easy to work with. Again, I was made very comfortable during my whole experience with Dawn.
I would recommend to my closest friends and family, purchasing a vehicle from North Bay Toyota and furthermore would direct them to Nick Saucier.
