Hello, we purchased our truck from North Bay Toyota even though we’re from the Sudbury region. They helped us find the truck model and colour that we wanted. We appreciate the time and effort put in to it. Last but not least, they never played games with the numbers like other dealerships do.
One last thing is that my wife and I wanted to ask for a nice Toyota hat but we totally forgot since we so excited to go try our new tundra.
Any chance we could get one sent to us?

Dissapointed in sales manager not giving us what we were offered.
When we first went in to discuss the vehicle we were asked by a manager if there was anything such as winter tires they could throw in to close the deal today. We weren't ready at the time so we said no sorry. We went back the next day and decided to go ahead with the vehicle and were then told by a salesman that they could get us winters at cost. When we asked for a price for the tires we were given a price and out of curiousity I called a Toyota dealer in St Catharines to ask for a price for tires and was given the same price as what your sales manager told us was his cost!!
I have not had an appointment in well over a year. This email has me wondering if there is some fraudulent activity in my name. To which appointment is this survey referring?

This is our 4th vehicle obtained from North Bay Toyota and we will continue to frequent this dealership. The manner in which Shane Grant deals with you is both respectful and pleasant.
Anyone shopping for a vehicle should at least compare this dealership and salesperson.
