The sales representative really knew his "stuff" and was able to explain things thoroughly. I loved that he was answering my many questions by text really quickly after my initial visit to the dealership.

After i had a recall for the frame on my tacoma i found the driveahaft barelly hanging by a few treads of 1 bolt only.... when my truck was only 2 years old it took 6 visits to the shop to fix my breaks that were overheating (blue) before they finaly changed the axle that was causing it... meanwhile they thought i was doing breakstands.... lastly i went in for a slow leak in my rear left tire and i could see the "mechanic" removing the front right tire.
Couldn't ask for a more pleasant and considerate salesman and supportive dealership.
From our first telephone conversation Bob Russel worked extremely hard to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the price and terms of our new lease. He was always pleasant and showed he had our comfort and satisfaction in mind. Lori was pleasant also and explained all the options that were open to us should we wish to purchase them. this is our fourth Rav 4, all purchased through Bob and we will most definitely be dealing with him again should we decide to purchase a new lease in 5 years. There is a reason why we deal with North Bay Toyota and not our local Toyota dealer and Bob Russel is that reason. Thanks again Bob!
