Salespersons

Im a young woman of 23 years old who bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Laplante Embrun. Unfortunately the salesperson: Daniel didn’t think I had the budget to buy it. When I was negotiating with him he clearly told me that I didn’t have the budget for that kind of model and I should probably change model.... but I clearly had the budget because I bought it. Daniel also ripped off the papers out of our hands and told us that he wouldn’t waste is time with us because clearly I didn’t have the budget. Clearly unprofessional since he didn’t even know anything about me.

Le vendeur était super compétent , gentil, attentif a nos besoin.

Dan took his time to go over everything and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Overall a very enjoyable experience.

My wife and I went to the Laplante dealership to get an in-person look at the interior of a vehicle more so than to purchase. We did purchase a new RAM however and a very pleased with the purchase. Our salesman (Dan Marleau) was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we met him in the parking lot until we drove away. He was courteous and we never felt like we were being pressured. He was also knowledgeable with all the details of the vehicle and was always more than willing to go over any question we had. Always available, quick to respond and helpful with every aspect of the purchase right down to helping get my insurance lined up. The day we picked up the vehicle he spent a good while with us in the vehicle going over anything he thought was important or just good to know. We left the lot with a great overview of the vehicle and it’s features. My only complaint is the time we spent with the manager of the dealership. It was all very rushed and we got a sense of “let’s hurry up and get this over with”. I suspect it was so we didn't over anything too closely. Was very disappointed to go over details of the sale afterwards only to find charges that we were led to believe wouldn’t be there ( we were told only plus was taxes.. but found freight, admin fee, GAS ). Have to blame ourselves at the same point as we allowed it to happen but the rush tactics lead you right down that path. Bottom line if we were to be looking for another vehicle, we would certainly be looking for Dan to help us in that search.

Daniel Marleau was able to quickly and thoughtfully get us into a new minivan.

We purchased a van after a car accident and Dan and Laplante provided quick help and a high level of care. We would recommend them highly.
