The people at Main Street East (Hamilton) were very helpful and the experience was seamless. I would definitely go back.

The car was smokey and i have to drive it for( 2) days with my kids
The car was smokey and i had to drive my children in that car for the( 2) days. They sprayed air freshener before giving it to me . wasn't a good experience

They did not have the car that I reserved so I had to get a bigger car (SUV). The gas consumption was totally unacceptable as I put 30 Liters gas for only 200 KM.
That was an awful experience. :(

As we have booked a car, we muat get a car at the time of pick up when i reached at facility, no cars where available. Representative said its first come firat serve than what's the point of reservation and booking in advance.
