Although I wasn't able to get rocket launchers installed in my wife's car, a passenger ejector seat specifically designed to launch an annoying husband was (?). But, as usually great service, great help, and everyone always makes me feel like I'm part of the family. That's why I keep coming back.

The services provided to us was excellent. The sales person was very knowledgeable and very forthcoming to all our questions or request. The financial personnel was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all our questions.
I was buying a new vehicle. The people with whom I interacted were all friendly, and capable. Actually, I chose Honda because I have, in the past, always had excellent customer service at Palladino’s.

Great sales associate very polite courteous and not pushy. Fair deal made with the car. The only negative was when we set up the appointment time to pick up the car we were kept waiting 25 min before we met with the finance department.
