Salespeople were very informative and not pushy - I never felt pressured, and they answered all of my questions - gave me step-by-step instructions on all the new gadgets on the car. Made the sale seamless and exciting.

Josh Duguay was very helpful and throughly discussed all of our options and listened to what we wanted. The decision to buy at Palladino Honda was easy. Chase in financing helped explain everything and got us the best deals possible and helped with the warranties. An overall great experience, which we have shared with others. First of all, I found Josh D to be very professional. He was easy to talk to. Josh was attentive to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. With all the new features he was patient explaining and showing me how things worked. I left Honda knowing I had made the right decision choosing the EX.
