Very friendly lady at service counter

Went in to get another key fog and programmed. Told it would take 1 hr and waited 1 hour and Amy came gave me my keys and bill .l was very happy for my first visit and hope it stays that way.

Very poor customer service

Went in for shock change and alignment. Honda put on 4 new tires without my permission and blamed me the customer for miscommunication. It was Honda's fault. I spoke with them june 11 2020 at 841, she asked me what time i had needed the car, i had said noon she sais she will try as rhe technician had 2 jobs ahead of me. I never spoke about new tires, she must of spoke to someone else and got the cars wrong. I called same day at 11:30am to see if.car was ready. Her respone was that the tech was putting tires back on and bringing for a test drive, then was going to do the alignment and car would be ready approx 12:30pm. I said thats ok. Again i never said anything about new tires. Then my husband goes in to pick up car and a bill for 400$. Alignment plus 4 new tires put on without asking me ..no consultation and then they have the nerve to tell my husband that i had asked for new tires. Liars liars. I am done with Honda, i was a proud owner but now i am going to trade my car and go with another company. I am also warning everyone about Palladino. Only.out there to make a buck. My shocks were not bad, the tech said, they changed them because it was under warranty. I do not live 15 min away from the dealer, we live 1.5 hr feom there but no one cares. So my husband lost wages for unecessary shock replacement june 11th.. and the alignment i had asked to do June 3rd i believe wasnt done. Very disappointed in this company. Very very poor management. U just lost me as a future customer.

Excellent service

It was great that I could have my car serviced without having to even go into the service department they even had pens and hand sanitizer outside of the service depot. I really appreciated that. I appreciated that all correspondence was done by text messages.

Always great service!

The entire team always provides great and friendly service. Even during the COVID pandemic they came and picked up my vehicle free of charge and dropped it back off at my house - free of charge. It was great peace of mind.
