This is my second vehicle I have purchased from palladino Honda, my first was in 2015 when I purchased a Honda Civic, this time, due to our car being totalled in an accident we decided to shop around. But the experience we had the first time made us go back to honda again. If there is ever a next time, I am going straight to Honda no shopping around. Andrew was amazing, answered all our questions, and Denis was great too!!!!

Andrew was wonderful he made this whole experience very easy and worked well with me in dealing with my nervousness I have since recommended him to someone else in North Bay. The car is wonderful and I will be back
Andrew Nazaruk (Sales Manager) & Cole Julien (Financial Services Managers) did everything within his power to fix serious errors and stupidity created by the Honda Corporate Finance Team.
I have been a loyal Honda Customer and a loyal Palladino Honda customer since 1988 ! !
I think this is my 7 or 8th new Honda purchase (I think). The staff at Palladino Honda in Sudbury are awesome, they actually appreciate loyal customers and make sure issues are resolved to a mutual satisfaction.
The Corporate Honda Finance Department where ever they exist, not so much. They have no idea what loyalty is or how to treat long time customers with respect and dignity.
I really think they need to better understand the business they are in! Never been treated so badly!!
But as usual Palladino Honda staff Andrew & Cole made it right and ensured they would keep their customer, not abandon them as Honda Finance wanted to to.
