We started dealing with Andrew when we purchased our first CRV in 2002. We are now enjoying our fourth - a 2015 CRV Touring. Andrew is enthusiastic (without being pushy... a very important and appreciated attribute), knowledgeable, efficient, and amazingly helpful. He reviewed our current lease, discussed an equal model transition, and then pointed out the features in the other models. He helped with price comparisons and shared other information that helped with our decision. Honda, and Palladino Honda, are fortunate to have Andrew. Aside from the fact that we truly enjoy our "Honda," our decision to continue to purchase this product is, in part, based on the service we continue to receive.
