Purpose of visit was to renew my lease for a new Honda Civic. Staff were informative regarding options on the lease and features of the new vehicle. While my new vehicle was being prepped and my snow tires being installed, Cody provided me with a replacement vehicle so I was not inconvenienced and ensured my vehicle was ready for me the next day.

Sales / Leasing - Mr. Arnett took considerable time to help us consider our options and to explain the features of the 2015 Civic. He was persuasive without being pushy and was prompt and courteous for all scheduled meetings. Financial - Cole was very meticulous and eager to take the necessary time to walk through all the relevant financial paperwork. He exhibited humor and class. Well done, Palladino Honda.

Wow where do I start. My sister bought a CRV two weeks prior. Said she had great service. I did research there web site. Great ratings. I spoke to Cody about a few concerns of buying a used CRV Touring. " All the added items and electronics that may fail" I also had concerns about the studded tires that I purchased. He proceeded to get the Manager and they both made me feel like Royalty. This was on the Thursday, I asked him to have the CRV ready, full of gas and a few other demand that he was able to meet without issues. When I finished the buying the CRV with Cole. Who also gave me great service. He then showed me how everything worked and told me to call or text him at any time for questions. Even gave me his personal phone. Talk about amazing service. I drove a 2013 Honda Civic. After being in an accident, my car was a complete write off. I went back to Palladino Honda and explained my situation. I decided then to purchase the 2015 Civic. Cody, my sales representative, offered me a demo vehicle to drive until my new vehicle came in so I would not be without transportation. I couldn't have asked for better service. Very impressed with the Palladino Honda team. I will not hesitate to return to Palladino when purchasing my next vehicle.
