Dan was exceptionally helpful..went out of his way to make sure we had winter tires installed while waiting for the new rims and studded tires to be available. Unfortunately we were disappointed that nothing could be done regarding the back up alarm which is barely audible.

Rainer, its so great to hear that Dan went out of his way for you Rainer! We apologize that we are unable to increase to volume of the back up alarm.
I wasn’t pressured to do work that I don’t think was necessary. However I will be interesting to see if my extended warranty is denied if something that should be covered isn’t do to refusal of recommend work.
