3 times attempts have been made to overcharge me and then it is service fault for entering a wring figure. How can service always enter wrong numbers and always over the service provided.
When I mentioned this in the office a colleague also agreed with me straight away has his husband has had similar experience in the past.
I am not coming to Honda again.
11 month old car 14,000 km, rebuild entire engine due to timing belt issue, car in service 33 days, delivered with problems had to take the car back and engine has to be repaired a second time - in shop now. Service manager doesn't even take time to call and apologize for mistake of employee.

Oil change and service. set appointment within 2 days of request, service was prompt, met with a friendly staff service member, extra recommended work explained and once approved, completed very quickly with only an additional 30 min wait.
