On my arrival at the service department I was quickly served, the advisor was very polite and offer coffee while I wait, I brought my Accord for a B service and my car was ready sooner than promised. I am very happy with the service department and all the staff at Palladino Honda.
I always get great service from Dan. He seems to know what I need more than I do. I had a small squeaking sound that did not present itself at your shop, but Dan had a belt looked at and thought because it should have been changed around 100,000km that should solve the problem. The experience was good as the service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had an oil change (B service) and an alignment inspection. I declined having the alignment done for $89 and when I picked up my car, they had done it anyway at no charge.......just makes me wonder, if they can do the alignment for free, would it really have been worth $89 if I had agreed to have it done. Anyway, thanks for the free alignment.
Regular Service for my CRV and a small problem requiring some work...
Dan had my service done earlier than promised....ordered parts and made an appointment
for the work to be done....very pleased with the service I get..
