Fast and friendly staff made my experience pleasant!
First oil change and they were fast and friendly! They explained everything clear and left feeling confident and without questions which is in my opinion priceless!
Had my oil changed at Palladino Honda, the price was pretty good for full synthetic. What sets them apart from their competitors is the comfortable chairs in the waiting area, free coffee and pop.
8/10 Would recommend...
Great service, vehicle back when promised, friendly shuttle service and full description of work performed along with future service which may be required.
Not a long wait for service. Road test was done but could not find anything but back door was tighten and we were advised to bring CRV back if it happens again.
I went in for the costly timing belt. They were helpful in letting me know of discounts and other options to do at the same time to save on billed service time. I was offered a rental vehicle for the day at no cost to me. If I am uncertain I need the work, have had it recently elsewhere, or have any questions, they are always willing to help me by explaining or contacting another provider so we can get consensus. Kudos to Honda Service Centre.
