Excellent service, especially by the person behind the counter!
The person at the counter was very helpful. When I told her I needed to leave by a certain time to make it to a meeting she did everything to make sure the car was ready. She even had them drive the car to the front so I could just jump in and go.

We had two recalls on our Honda Odyssey. We live 2.5 hrs away and were greeted in a very friendly fashion. Because we live far away and had to drive back home, arrangements were made for pick up and drop off at the location of our choice. I also received a telephone call prior to having additional repairs done which was great! We have always received excellent service from Palladino Honda!
