I got an oil change and was grateful that the clerical staff member did not continue to pry when I declined additional maintenance recommendations for my car
I brought my car for periodic maintenance as suggested by the maintenance minder. Maintenance was done and the service personnel suggested that a wheel alignment was needed to correct to factory specifications, which I authorized. I had also asked that they try to clip back the rear bumper which had popped out; this could not be done but the end of the bumper was reattached. My car was returned to me in a reasonable time and I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
I always received a great quality service be it a regular maintenance or a need basis and my overall customer experience has been fantastic. The staff is very friendly at the same same time technical service of my vehicle has been very good all the time. Thank you !
