Honda had my car all day I dropped it off at 8:00 and I was picking it up at 3:30. At 3:30 I was on my way to get my car and I received a text that they hadn't even looked at my car yet.
scheduled appointment was 1hour and 45 minutes late. Cost of service to high. Quote on brake service to high. Half the cost at CT for same quality rotors. Buying another Honda questionable.

Honda did everything they said they would and the tires were exactly what they quoted. As always, I appreciate their professionalism and how even in one of their busiest times the car was ready when they said it would be.
