Reported bubbling of paint on back lift gate, months ago, waited for a call back...nothing. When I bought vehicle purchased a rust corrosion module, which I was told was good for life of vehicle. Now I'm told it has expired. Took pictures again, still waiting for a call back again. I have had my vehicle serviced at Honda since it was purchased new in 2007. Not a happy customer.
Very good service, promt response to my questions and very helpful when I have an issue with my car, the explain in detail what they will do to my car when there is a problem
