I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also appreciate that my vehicle is generally ready when promised, and that all the problems are addressed.
I loved the people especially Cody A. who let us use a demo for our wait,but I am suspect of the service dept.and their intentions.
I was in for a free airbag recall and free 50 point inspection,I was told the job would take three hours,after one hour I was told my 50 point inspection revealed 2,500.00 worth of repairs needed to my vehicle and that it would be appreciated if I could decide quickly as they were otherwise done with my vehicle (one hour not three) so I opted to have only 550.00 worth of repairs done and the very next day visited my Espanola dealership and gave them the report filed by the service dept.at Paladino.I was informed the balance of the repairs would cost around 150.00 yes one hundred and fifty not two thousand.Needless to say I am very suspicious of your service dept's intentions with my free 50 point inspection.
checked my car without an appointment because Iwas very worried about safety of driving the car with wheel problems on a trip from Sudbury to Toronto
courteous, friendly, professional giving me peace of mind on the safety of my vehicle and checked on me while I waited at the dealership while service performed
offered to drive me home and pick me up if I preferred instead of waiting.
My experience was ok the only thing i didnt like was that my car wasnt ready for the promised time and when it was done they didnt come get me in the waiting area.
