I had been looking for a used Mazda6 for the previous couple of months. My neighbour had purchased a used CX-5 from Charlie and when I saw the perfect 6 come up, I gave Charlie a call. Great service from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend you give him a call if you're looking for a Mazda in London.

Smooth and seamless handling of our trade-in and selection of a new Mazda
We were treated very well with all aspects of our transaction. Charlie was able to match our needs up with a vehicle on the lot. Our time with Nicole in Finance was also pleasant and very professional. When we picked up our new vehicle, Charlie was very patient in teaching us the main features. Definitely need to spend more time with the manuals and bring questions back to him later. Overall, a great experience!

We came in specifically looking for the Mazda CX-9 and were treated so well upon entering Mazda! We had excellent service and were treated so well by so many different employees. All kind and considerate. Never did we feel any pressure at all which was very nice!

We had a very positive experience with Charlie who showed us all of our options with respect and he got to know us on a personal level and helped us find what we were looking for!
However, when we purchased the vehicle, we were told we would be contacted by the financial manager about multiple things (whether credit was approved, about insurance / to set up our insurance, etc.) and I never got a call. I had to be the one to set up my own insurance in the end, and we never did hear back from Mazda about it when I asked for a phone call about confirmation. That was disappointing, but in the end it all worked out and we are very satisfied with our new vehicle!
