Hired me as an apprentice then later fired me because I smoked. Even the lead mechanic and other service technicians chimed in saying they both stopped smoking and I should aswell a couple weeks before they let me go because they "couldnt afford another apprentice".
Mazda has a recall for badly designed sideview mirrors that have die cast aluminum components that cause bad white streaking down the doors. We have a 2016 with the 60 month extended warranty, and they say it isn't covered. How is that even possible? May seriously have to rethink the CX5 my wife wanted to get this year.
Everyone one is always "great" to deal with. I have been coming here for years!
Always find the staff very friendly, courteous and very efficient. I have just recently bought my third Mazda from this dealership and I love it! Keep up the great work! I will continue with all business transactions and continue to refer others to the dealership. Thank you!

Lianne, we are so happy to see this great review! We appreciate your endorsement and your loyalty!
Diagnostics were done...was charged.
Parts ordered...was charged.
Labour was done...was charged.
I understand the diagnostics are charged, but if I'm going forward to replace what's wrong with the car than why is that an additional charge?
For example: Canadian Tire completes diagnostics, and if the customer moves forward with labour and parts, than diagnostics are not charged as extra. If the customer decides they do not want the service, than the customer pays diagnostics.
I didn't like the fact that I was paying almost $300 on replacing my hatch lock and having it diagnosed when I knew that was the problem in the first place.
Prices are outrageous. Every time I leave Probart Mazda, I leave with a headache.
