I have never had an issue with my Mazda, staff are friendly and efficient. Was just in for an oil change, arrived a bit early for my appointment and was able to be in and out before my scheduled appointment time.

Carrie, it is always our pleasure to assist you! We are so happy we could get your vehicle in and out before the promised time.
Always a freindly, professional encounter; and I appreciate the twenty-four hour response standards.
Very clear when describing what is being done, when I ask. If something is noticed while doing other work on the car, someone comes out and explains what is wrong and asks if I want it taken care of, i.e.. the cabin filter was atrocious, literally showed it to me.

Joan, we are delighted to hear that you had a great experience with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Knowledgeable staff who are able to explain things in simple terms to a layperson.
I have been taking my car in for servicing, on a regular basis, for 6 years now. I find the service staff helpful and the mechanics knowledgeable and I trust their opinion when I am called and told that my car needs a new part or something requires some work on it. I was also impressed that when I was hearing a noise in the rear of my car,, the mechanic went out with me in my car for a road test and a broken right wheel bearing was detected.
Even the drivers who drop me off back home and then bring me back to the dealership, when my car is ready for pickup, are friendly and conscious of the time and knowing each customer wants their car back as soon as possible.
I do have a concern that the service desk people seem to be overworked as in the past ( ie. when it was Probart Mazda) there was a receptionist who handled the payments and wonder if perhaps that process needs to be reinstated? I have observed that there are sometimes long line ups in the car drop off zone as the poor service person is having to process the invoices to be paid plus handle people dropping their cars off for servicing. Also, given how Mondays tend to be busy days I query why there is only one staff person on the service desk on that day? I worry about overworked staff on the service desk to be honest; they are amazing and don't want them to become dissatisfied with their job and leave the company
I am pleased with Forest City dealership and even the parts department was quick to respond when I needed a new black frame for my license plate and the gentleman even took off my broken one and installed a new one for me for free so how awesome was that!
I hope my car lasts for another 6 years. When I purchased my current car I did tell the salesperson that I keep my cars for 10 - 12 years and that I faithfully bring my car in for servicing so for you folks it is a win win really.
Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion and hope it was helpful.
Sincerely,
Rosemary
P.S. To show my appreciation, at my last service appointment, I had brought in some timbits and a timmies gift certificate for the staff as a thank you. :) That is how satisfied I am.
