Greg was friendly and easy to deal with overall, and I quite love the car I purchased, however, I didn't feel like I was given the best personalized customer service experience overall. While my concerns may all seem like small things to some people, I was left feeling a little neglected: Greg was able to answer most of my questions satisfactorily, however, some specific questions I had about the vehicle weren't answered (I was told not to worry about them); I found the answers on my own when reading the car manual. I wasn't told that I would receive 3 months of free Satellite radio, and I only found out via a general welcome letter from the company 2 weeks later. I was told I would receive a follow up call a week after my purchase to see how things were going, but it never came.
While my experience was far from terrible, I don't feel like it was the best possible one either.
Was my first time buying here and after being ripped off by a different dealer I was hesitant on buying through another dealer. However that was not the case at OMS they were straight to the point with and knew what they were. Bought a 2012 Silverado from them and couldn't be happier with it, the advertise well and have a large variety of vehicles on the lot would def. recommend
