Eric bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle for me and get me a substantial trade value for the vehicle I had. He did his best to get me everything I wanted in a vehicle and even some things I wasn't expecting. The sales transaction was very clear and easy to understand, but I was curious as to why I paid sales tax on the $20. I paid for the gas. It was ready for pick-up when he said it would be and walked me thru all the dash board features of the vehicle. I drove away feeling very happy and comfortable.
Since then, Eric has called and made himself available for any questions I may have. He sold me a wonderful Equinox. I just 'love' it.
I have since put snow tires on it and feel I can now go anywhere, anytime.
