We purchased a new 2017 equinox in October. We dealt with Mike Hayes who was a very patient , helpful and courteous sales person . He answered any questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We also dealt with Kristi Sawyer, who was outstanding in dealing with our cash deal. She took care of everything right down to the smallest detail and made us feel welcome as well as confident that all details were efficiently handled.
I dealt with a different sales person in the past who did enough to get by. Mike goes above and beyond to make the sale. I reccomend him to my friends and family and they all agree he makes the sales process simple and enjoyable
Mike Hayes is a very kwowledgable and personable person. He went out of his way numerous times to ensure that we got exactly the Cadillac that we wanted.
W e met Mike Hayes in the OMS showroom and he was very obliging right from the start . H e arranged a regular test drive and then a 2 day test so we could be sure that this Cadillac was the right one for us. After the sale, which he and Chris Sawyer handled quickly and smoothly, Mike checked with us several times to ensure that we were happy with our new car - we are.

Friendly people, caring and respectful. I was never disappointed at any point, throughout my visit! There was a semi-long wait period but it was a big purchase, which demaned my time.
In the future I would most definitely go back to OMS to buy another vehicle!
