I would like to compliment OMS on the congenial and professional way they treated me through the process of purchasing a new Chevrolet Colorado truck. The salesperson, Mike, was very helpful and courteous in all of our contacts. Even after the sale, he freely gave help when appropriate. I was an out-of-town buyer, and there was no quibbling over providing gas gift cards to cover our travel expenses to and from the dealership. Part of the deal included a bonus of 4 winter tires for the truck. These were on back order at the time of the purchase but they were received without delay when available. My overall experience with OMS was very positive. I would recommend OMS to a prospective buyer without hesitation.

Still waiting for service to be completed. Once I receive the second key as promised my assisment of this dealership will change dramatically.

Upon arriving at the dealership for the first time, I was introduced to Mike who was very friendly and easy to talk to regarding any questions or concerns that I had. He also assured me that I was in good hands which has been holding strong so far. Mike does not fail to say Hi and or keep me updated. Overall excellent service from the GM dealership.

Very helpful salesman, able to explain technical aspects. While on next visit for an oil change, we had opportunity to meet other crew members, which were exceptionally nice and helpful. Pleasure to deal with these staff at Ontario Motors Sales.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles with OMS over the past 5 years and the last 2 were through Mike Hayes. I will not go to another sales man after dealing with big Mike. He was relentless in getting me information and helping me with choosing options. He was on top of every step during the build of my Corvette and kept me updated along the way. He knew how important this vehicle was to me and let me be there as soon as it arrived and I got to unwrap it! I could tell that Mike genuinely cared about his service and that myself and my wife were happy along the way and even after picking up the car he was in touch with us to ensure everything was still good.
