Explained everything to me step by step. I did get some upgrades and extra warranty. The financial process was easy. I had lots of questions that I had written down so I wouldn't forget. Shawn explained everything I needed to know through out the purchasing process.He knew I wanted a tire that OMS didn't sell and arranged for me to have them on the car for when I picked it up which I had not expected and for which I was very pleased.All in all my experience at OMS was excellent!
