First time buying a car, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I had a good experience. Andrew was helpful in explaining everything the car can do and all the paperwork necessary. He called me regularly to ensure I had everything needed in the purchase.
The service to buying the car was great but when I came home the next morning a light came on and I called as it should not be my responsibility to fix it. When buying a car from the dealership even though it is used should be in good condition. I bought from the dealership to prevent buying garbage. I called the next day and then a follow-up call a week later and of course no body ever calls back.. so honestly I would never buy from this dealership again at the end of the day it doesn't matter how great the sales person is. It is the quality of the cars you sell..
