My husband and I visited OMS on a Friday morning around 11 or 12. Seconds after we entered your showroom, Scott (Stewart) greeted us. He didn't pressure us in any way, just let us know that he was there to help.
We said we were looking for a new vehicle to purchase or possibly to lease. He asked some great questions to help us narrow down what we wanted, then took us across the street to see what was available. We have 4 children and have always needed a large vehicle to seat everyone. My husband drives a truck with a crew cab so all 6 of us can travel in either vehicle. Two of our children started University last fall and we just didn't need to keep two large vehicles. My van was a 2007 Uplander and I was so sick of driving a van,that I thought I wanted to buy a Spark! They are so cute and small. Scott showed us the Spark (hated it as soon as I sat in it!), Sonic, Cruze and Trax. We test drove the Trax first. Scott had the Sonic ready for us when we got back. We were able to jump out of one vehicle into the next without waiting at all! It was great!
After I drove all of them, I wanted to drive the Trax again. I didn't like it the first time I drove it but only because I wanted something smaller. It turns out, I didn't like anything small...who knew!
Scott was so patient, never complained and was extremely knowledgeable!
He helped us pick the right package for us (2LT plus heated seats!). He didn't try to sell us the LTZ because he knew it wouldn't fly but did up-sell the heated seats because he could see how much I liked them :)
He worked out both finance and lease options, got the most he could for our trade in and confidently closed the sale!
I was very impressed!
I have to add, we were at Roy Nichols the day before and will never go back!
We ended up leasing because I can see myself working with Scott again in a few years on my next vehicle!
