I booked the appointment 3 days in advance. At that time I requested a shuttle to work for a specific time. As usual I had to wait for over 20 minutes and was late for work. The service was ok. One issue was "not noticed" and it is still there.
Dave has bee empathetic to our issues and has tried his best to make lemonade out of the lemon we deal with everyday!
Our Chev traverse has been a huge headache since shortly before coming out of warranty. The motor sounds like a rock crusher on start up. IT is not normal and apparently cannot be fixed! We have had it in countless times, left it overnight yet problem HAS NOT been resolved. Dave has tried his best (I think ) to help us with this issue but I'm afraid it is beyond his scope. The air bag module on passenger side went (recall for airbag module connector doesn't cover!). Now whilst driving car has decided to stop running completely AT SPEED shuting down power brakes ,steering ETC. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION! (X4). Have called GM customer service was told to bring it into dealership. Nothing was resolved except another hit to our bank account!
I think Dave Caruana has been proactive in trying to resolve the problems with the Traverse and has truly tried to make things right for us. He is courteous, informative and professional. I think he is the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with at GM>
