Attempted to get mud flaps installed and was scheduled immediately without and appointment. Unfortunately the parts didn't fit and we all got to learn something. Dave and the group there are fantastic to deal with and I will return.

This is not the first time I have been charged for maintenance that was not completed. I had asked to have my contact information removed from their system but in receiving this survey obviously that didn't happen. I will faithfully continue to drive General Motors vehicles but I will not receive my service from OMS
Chris Blanchard provided a highly professional and efficient leasing process when it came time for me to buyout the lease on my ATS. Service in regards to the required safety certificate was top notch and the efficiency of the employees at GM Financial was a pleasant experience. Again, dealing with Chris Blanchard at OMS was a positive experience and OMS is lucky to have him in their employee.
