We had an oil change amd asked about some work that needed doing on our 2005 Safari before selling it.
John suggested we not spend the extra money on a vehicle we were putting up for sale 'as is'. We listened to his advice and sold the vehicle for the same as what we bought it for 4 years earlier. The buyer was not concerned about the issues that we were thinking of addressing. Apparently these were common issues he had had in other safaris. Thank you John...you saved us a few hundred dollars.
I just had snows put on, and I was getting message on dash about low tire pressure while driving home from work, Joe on desk told me to pop in which I did and Travis spoke to Zachary the Tech that worked on my van and he took it and corrected it, was asked to keep an eye in case I have a leak, which I will. Was happy to be taken care of immediately especially with the bad weather.
