They (you) completed everything requested in a reasonable time frame and called when completed.

I left the building feeling that I had been treated fairly, honestly and in in a very respectful manner.

Timely but sloppy.

The work is timely, but as time goes on I'm finding the work in both the body shop and service shop to be sloppy. But I go back cause that's where my warranty is.
