I had to get an oil change with OMS as i had a pre-purchased oil change card with oil changes remaining.
Due to several incidents previously where I scheduled service appointments with OMS first thing in order to have cars back by end of day; only to have them disassemble the car and then find out they didn't have parts; I no longer use them for service.
I was actually surprised that this oil change wasn't as long as they previously took (up to 1 1/2 hours )
I have had multiple services such as :
1) heater core inspection
2) console repair and replacement
3) over heating repair
4) complete vehicle review of radiator, cooling lines, steering column
Throughout all of these John has gone above and beyond to ensure the best repairs all while treating me with the utmost respect as a customer to the point where I feel more like a family member.
OMS is definitely a service point worth considering and continuing to use as a main service depot. When you do book your appointment, be sure to request or ask for John. You will not be disappointed!
