Mr. Turner is always bright, cheerful and courteous. When I take my vehicle to OMS for service and or repairs John always advises me of the costs involved prior to any work being started. In addition to that if anything appears that may need attention in the near future he advises me of such and for me to be aware and monitor the situation.
