My vehicle went in for recall work and oil change recently. Ontario Motor Sales have by far the most efficient and convenient service setup. They pick up my vehicle at my office location, fully aware of the timing when I need it back. Steve calls me in a very timely manner to discuss their findings and explain the work that has been done, and sets accurate expectations on when I will be having my vehicle dropped back off to me. My car gets dropped off, nice and clean, and they even bring a debit machine right to me so that I can pay conveniently for the services. I've dealt with other GM dealerships that do NOT provide such fantastic service. I will continue to deal exclusively and ONLY with OMS for this very reason.

Very courteous service. Went the extra mile to diagnose the vehicle problem correct then kept me up to speed on progress. Experiece from start to finish was first class which is typical of this dealership

This was my first service with my 2011 Cruze and all I was needing was a oil change, and I was pleasantly greeted by Steve upon entering the service area and was looked after promptly.Then we waited in the Customer Waiting Area (nice and clean) This service was done in a speedy manner and when finished the car was washed(not so well)and brought to the door

Great service so far. Recently purchased the winter car mats at your service desk for my 2014 Impala and received great advice and service. Will be bringing in the impala for service.

Steve is an excellent service representative. He has serviced all of my needs for my car for the last 3 - 4 years and is the main reason I deal with Ontario Motor Sales. My services range from motor and production problems to basic maintenance of my motor, too numerous to explain.
