Vehicle taken on timely basis friendly staff helpful
My vehicle was promptly taken apon service area staff the staff ran through what thy had to do and roughly time requiresd and then arranged replacement vehicle.
My vehicle was in for a minor recall and as well I needed a tire checked. The recall was handled with ease and the tire which was losing air was checked and a solution found.
Really excellent service all round.
My issue was dealt with promptly and professionally.
All four tires were leaking air. I'd brought my car in to have the rims cleaned and within a couple of days one tire was leaking again. Apparently it was leaking at the valve and this was replaced at no charge.
Accommodated me for oil change immediately same day. Advised me of details of my service as they became available. Got a ride for my son to Karate while we were there, as I misjudged timing. A+! :)
