My usual service advisor John Turner was not available on the day of my appointment, so
Joe Pozderec looked after me (for the first time.) I found him to be very courteous and competent and he looked after everything to my complete satisfaction. The work was completed in record time and I was on my way within an hour.
Upon arrival, I was greeted instantly and asked pertinent questions about the reason for my visit.
The shuttle service got me to work on time and my repair was completed within a few short hours.
OMS is full of knowledgeable & friendly staff.
Was in for an oil change and tire swap.. My only complaint is that they book you in for 8am and your car sits in the parking lot until 11am before they even pull it in....if I make an appointment for 8am, I expect work to begin at 8am.
No problem with dealership or warranty issues, in fact it's quite the opposite, they've been very helpful in catching the many things wrong with my vehicle. I suggest not buying a Chevy as their quality is sorely lacking these days, several recalls, my upgrades interior is scratched everywhere even with gentle usage as the material is cheap and on top of it all the vehicle gets terrible gas mileage. In short the service at OMS is very adequate it's GM quality that's the issue
