I am very disappointed, not in Joe, but the technician/mechanic who put my stored winter tires on in November. After I left OMS I felt a vibration in the tires. To make a long story short, I went to my local GM dealer(I live in Stouffville) and thought I needed a tire balancing. It turned out that all four ties were in terrible shape, so bad that it was a safety issue. I was shown the problems which include the tires coming away from the rims! I bought 4 new tires.
If the employee who put my winter tires on had inspected them I am sure Joe would have consulted me to buy new tires.This could have been a dangerous situation.
Can you please have your employees check the tires carefully before putting them on!! Thanks, Lou

lube, oil and filter changed
drivers power window repaired
drivers seat belt retracksion system repaired
tires rotated
I was greeted warmly and since it was just a recall problem ,the service rep.said that he would try to have the work done right away which he did .Therefore, I did not have to wait very long for my car.
