We were met by a personable salesperson (Nicky) who took us for a test drive and listened to what we were looking for.
The finance rep took us through the remaining portion of the sale and explained everything to us.
Vehicle was ready for pickup when we showed up.
All was good.

I was looking for a new vehicle and Betty Li was great in showing me the the 2018 Kona. Explained the features and options available that I wanted to have, financial options leasing vs loan. She made my decision very easy and comfortable in my purchase.

Undue pressure to purchase extended warranty.
We were incorrectly informed that Hyundai had a 3 year warranty. This was a lie. To suggest the representatives' lack of experience and knowledge is an insult to our intelligence.

Great experience very friendly staff. Great deal on a brand new car. 0 down and a $ 1000.00 back, nice rims and a couple oil changes thrown in. Can't beat it I would recommend Myers Barrhaven to anyone!!
