Fix my car engine that experienced manufacturer poor quality control

From the moment I brought the car to service for diagnostic to the time I picked it after repairs, I was pleased with the quality and proffesionalism of the staff. The car was repaired as promised.
I am dissapointed of the way that this review engine (mobials / reviewsii) is working, just keeps me hostage to write something even maybe I dont want, I am not a essay writer, why it have to be minimum 20 words?
Issue: it is a long way for me to commute from Westboro. I was one of your original customers from your showroom/service department in Bells Corners since 2013. At Barrhaven I was informed that your shuttle does not go as far as Westboro. Alternative would have to be a "loner". To date this has not been a requirement. Otherwise, I am fully satisfied with your taking regular care of my Sante Fe.
The staff is so nice and friendly, very knowledgeable, always kept me informed about any repairs and up coming service. Have not had one bad experience yet.
