Salespeople are out of date

Honestly it is 2020 (end of 2019 when i bought my car)... I spent hours researching and shopping online, as does everybody. I do not want to be forced into buying something I don't want, I do not want to be bugged about this and that. I know what I'm here for and that's it. Please leave me alone... Pressuring people to buy something the first time they show up is a huge turn off on buying your product... I don't walk into a supermarket and have product forced down my throat, telling me I should be buying that second. That is not how the world works anymore, salespeople should NOT get commission and really shouldn't even be there in the first place... On top of that The salesperson called me both while I was at work and at home. He also told me I should come in on a certain day as I would get free stuff, the first 10 cars bought would get a 250 dollar gift card, AND I would get to spin a wheel to win bigger free stuff if I bought a car. After going in on that day and buying a car, I then had to FIGHT to get the 250 dollars gift card i was promised, as well as FIGHT to get to spin the wheel. Both of which they tried to re neg on after I was told I would get them becasue I bought car... the entire ordeal became very stressful just to try to get what I was promised. The manager Ben took over at that point and made it quite a bit nicer of an experience, however , Tony is not a great salesperson/salespeople should not be a thing anymore, they aren't a thing anywhere else and they literally just annoy people/make them walk away. I don't get commission when I sell millions of dollars of networking hardware to a company, why should they... They should at least be straight forward and know what they are talking about. I was sold a "limited model" turns out when I went to pay it was just the SE model. Even though we asked Tony how he knows its a limited becasue there is no badge, he said becasue of this and that and the other thing... IT IS NOT A LIMITED. He also liked to point out stuff like a CD ejecting....wow cool, welcome to 1998.... There were countless things that went wrong with buying the car and if it hadn't been for Ben then I would be so incredibly annoyed about the ENTIRE ordeal, I'm just annoyed with the salesperson that I somehow had to deal with for whatever reason. Which again I shouldn't need to deal with at all. Other dealerships/ people selling their car, ALL let me take the carts for test drives ALONE so i could actually see what I liked and discuss what I wanted without being argued with when I didn't like something, as well as showing you clearly don't trust your customers or other humans... even though it has a dealer plate and GPS tracking and everything.... Overall, Salespeople should not be a thing, or if they are, they answer questions and that's it.
