Project manager came promptly to assess structure and needs. Great communication skills! Offered information to help me make optimal decisions regarding insurance claim. Gave projections for future work after leak repair.
Team came in the evening with equipment used in drying. Set up and explained process. Professional and considerate.
Team returned a few days later for machine pick-up. Arrived at estimated time, demonstrated flexibility in timing to my advantage! Was grateful! Also professional and considerate.
