Dreadful post purchase service!!! Avoid Palladino Mazda at all costs.
I purchased a Mazda 3gt sport at the beginning of July. The vehicle has been in the shop at least 4 times to repair rattles and issues surrounding the recall regarding airbags. After what was supposed to be an all clear and that vehicle is now back to manufacturer's specs I am still getting vehicle warnings about faulty airbags and now there are wires hanging down from dash impeding access to brake pedal. Prior to purchase emails and calls were returned within a day if not hours. Now that the purchase is complete the general manager does not return email queries at all. A key that was found to be defective and needed to be replaced is taking over a week to replace. This is just the beginning of the worst customer experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs. Gruesome!
Fit and finish sub par, disappearance of expensive prescription sunglasses troubling
Please see above. Troubled that it takes more than one visit to rectify problem. Fit and finish Have been subpar and while I am not accusing anyone of theft, the disappearance of expensive prescription sunglasses from vehicle is troubling to say the least. To be fair my sales person did extend a loaner vehicle to me for the duration of the repair which I very much appreciated.
